We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

Yes! Most orders, especially those with Standard Shipping, include tracking information that will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

If your model kit arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.

For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise arranged.

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
