Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding most Asian countries and some remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in your country. Some remote locations may experience longer transit times.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened paint sets or adhesives (from our Tapes category)
  • Used tools (from our Tools category)
  • Detail Up Parts that have been removed from packaging
  • Spare Parts ordered separately
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 2457 West Virginia Avenue, Greenfield Ctr., US 12833. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your scale model kit (such as the Trumpeter 1/200 USS Arizona BB-39 or German Panzer tank models) arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We’ll typically send a replacement without requiring return of the damaged item
  • For high-value items, we may arrange for return shipping at our expense

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding most Asian countries):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
